Studio superior localizado no Manah Villa Boutique, na encantadora Praia do Toque, um dos destinos da Rota Ecológica dos Milagres – AL. Com vista parcial para o mar e ambiente tranquilo, este studio é ideal para quem busca conforto, praticidade e contato com a natureza em um cenário paradisíaco.
Com capacidade para até 03 hóspedes, o espaço oferece ambientes amplos, bem distribuídos e funcionais, perfeito para casais ou pequenas famílias.
O Espaço:
Este studio foi projetado para proporcionar conforto e praticidade, com layout inteligente e atmosfera acolhedora, valorizando a integração dos ambientes.
Sua divisão se dá da seguinte forma:
Sala: ampla, com TV, 01 sofá-cama para uma pessoa e ambiente confortável para relaxar.
Quarto: 01 cama de casal, ar-condicionado, armário e boa iluminação natural.
Cozinha: equipada com fogão, geladeira, microondas, cafeteira, utensílios básicos (panelas, copos, taças e talheres).
Banheiro: completo, com ducha.

Observações gerais:
- O valor da diária pode variar conforme o período e número de hóspedes.
- Café da manhã não incluso.
- Enxoval completo para o número de hóspedes da reserva (não dispomos de colcha/manta como padrão).
- Troca de enxoval e limpeza diária não inclusas, podendo ser solicitadas mediante custo adicional.
- Horário de silêncio: 22h às 08h.
- Capacidade máxima: 3 hóspedes.
Informações do check-in:
- Check-in a partir das 15h e Check-out até às 12h.
- O acesso ocorre por meio da recepção do Manah Villa Boutique.
- Após a confirmação da reserva, será enviado um link para preenchimento dos dados dos hóspedes; somente após esse processo o acesso será liberado.
- O não preenchimento ou preenchimento tardio poderá ocasionar atrasos no check-in.
- Até o dia da chegada, nossa equipe enviará todas as informações necessárias por mensagem.

Smoking is prohibited inside the studio, only on the balcony with the doors closed. In case of non-compliance, a fee of R$500.00 will be charged (approximate value of 3 nights, average time for the smoke smell to dissipate with daily cleaning).
• An extra cleaning fee will be charged in case of: Makeup stains, tanning lotion, blood, or in case of punctures, tears or burns, among other things, to our bed/bath linens.
Do not leave trash in the hallways or behind the fire doors;
Do not use sound systems in the leisure area and other common areas;
• When leaving, turn off the air conditioning and lights.
• Parties are not allowed.
Glass items are prohibited in the pool area (recreation area hours: 8 AM to 10 PM; gym hours: 6 AM to 10 PM).
Swimwear is not permitted in the condominium, except in the pool area.
• Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.
• If you break or damage any item, please notify us and replace it immediately.
• If you use kitchen utensils, please wash and leave them organized.
- At the end of your reservation, trash must be disposed of in the trash containers on FLOOR G3, exiting the elevator to the right, then to the right again.
We have prepared everything in the apartment with great care to welcome you and we look forward to your arrival!

After the reservation is confirmed, an email will be sent with instructions for completing the web check-in in advance.
Failure to comply with the above rules will result in a fine.
